Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026

Borderless (“we”, “us”) is a technology consultancy based in Paramaribo, Suriname. This policy describes what information is collected when you visit borderlessnv.com and how it is used. The short version: this site has no user accounts and no contact forms, and we collect no personal information directly. The only data involved is standard, aggregated website analytics.

Analytics

We use two analytics services to understand how the site is used: Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google LLC) and Ahrefs Web Analytics (provided by Ahrefs Pte. Ltd.). These services collect usage information such as pages visited, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. Google Analytics uses cookies or similar identifiers for this purpose; Ahrefs Web Analytics is cookieless. We use this information only in aggregate — to see which pages are useful and where visitors come from. We do not use it to identify individual visitors, and we do not sell or share it for advertising.

You can prevent analytics collection by using a browser content blocker, or opt out of Google Analytics specifically with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Booking and external services

When you schedule a call with us, the booking runs through Google Calendar’s appointment scheduling at calendar.app.google. Any information you provide there (such as your name and email address) is handled under Google’s privacy policy and used by us solely to prepare for and conduct the meeting. Links to LinkedIn and other external sites are governed by those services’ own policies.

Server logs

Like virtually all websites, our hosting infrastructure keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp) for security and reliability purposes. These are not used for profiling and are rotated automatically.

Client engagements

Information shared with us during consulting engagements is governed by the applicable service agreement and any confidentiality terms in it — not by this website policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA under the GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data concerning you. Since we hold no directly collected personal data from site visitors, such requests will usually concern the third-party services above, but we are happy to help route them.
